Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Podcast Producer who understands the art of storytelling through podcasts, particularly in areas relevant to women's leadership, health, and skincare. This role requires someone who can not only produce high-quality audio content but also align it with our clients' personal brands and Kyma Social's vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, develop, and produce engaging podcast episodes.
Conduct pre-interviews and research to find strategic angles for compelling narratives.
Collaborate closely with production and talent teams to ensure quality content.
Clip and prepare podcast content for optimal social media engagement.
Maintain a high level of organization and adhere to production schedules.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in podcast production or related fields.
Strong writing and storytelling skills, especially in audio formats.
Excellent communication abilities and a personable nature.
Familiarity with the digital landscape, including social media trends.
Highly organized, with a knack for juggling multiple projects.
Residency in or near New York City, with availability for weekly onsite work.
Preferred Skills:
A passion for topics related to women's leadership, health, and skincare.
Technical proficiency in podcast recording and editing tools.
A broader understanding of digital strategy and multi-platform content creation.
